Welcome to Multiple Networks. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases of goods from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Multiple Networks LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with registration number 12971820.

  • "You", "The Customer" refers to the person, firm, or company purchasing Goods from us.

  • "Business Customer" means a customer who is not a Consumer.

  • "Consumer" means an individual acting for purposes that are wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • "Contract" means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the sale and purchase of Goods, which incorporates these Terms.

  • "Goods" means the products that we are selling to you as set out in the Order.

  • "Order" means your order for Goods submitted via our website.

  • "Website" means the website at https://multiplenetworks.co.uk/ .

2. Basis of Sale

2.1. When you place an Order, you are making an offer to buy Goods from us under these Terms.Β 

2.2. Our acceptance of your Order will take place when we email you to confirm it, at which point a Contract will come into existence between you and us.Β 

2.3. These Terms are the only terms which apply to the Contract. Any attempt by you to impose your own terms is not valid.Β 

2.4. Any samples, drawings, or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained on our Website, are produced solely to provide an approximate idea of the Goods they describe. They do not form part of the Contract.

3. The Goods

3.1. The Goods are described on the Website. We reserve the right to amend the specification of the Goods if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement.Β 

3.2. All Goods shown on the Website are subject to availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will not process your Order.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. The price of the Goods shall be the price set out on the Website at the time you submit your Order.Β 

4.2. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the current rate where applicable.Β 

4.3. The price of the Goods does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your Order.Β 

4.4. We make every effort to ensure that the prices on our website are correct. However, if we discover an error in the price of Goods you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error. You will have the option to continue with the purchase at the correct price or cancel your Order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.Β 

4.5. Payment for all Goods must be made at the time of order. We accept payment by all major credit cards and PayPal.

5. Delivery

5.1. We will deliver the Goods to the address set out in the checkout during placing Order.Β 

5.2. Delivery dates are estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery that is caused by a Force Majeure Event or your failure to provide us with adequate delivery instructions.Β 

5.3. All other details regarding delivery, including costs, timeframes, and processes, are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please review it for full details.

6. Title and Risk

6.1. The risk of damage or loss of the Goods will pass to you upon completion of delivery.Β 

6.2. Title to the Goods will not pass to you until we have received payment in full for the Goods.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1. Our process for returns and refunds is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. This includes information on your right to cancel as a Consumer, how to return faulty goods, and any applicable restocking fees for Business Customers. Please review it for full details.

8. Special Provisions for Consumers

8.1. This clause only applies if you are a Consumer.Β 

8.2. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after you receive the Goods. Details on how to exercise this right are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.Β 

8.3. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If your Goods are faulty, you are entitled to a remedy.Β 

8.4. Nothing in these Terms will affect your legal rights as a Consumer. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

9. Limitation of Liability - YOUR ATTENTION IS PARTICULARLY DRAWN TO THIS CLAUSE

9.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:Β 

a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;Β 

b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;Β 

c) breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession); orΒ 

d) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.Β 

9.2. If you are a Business Customer:Β 

a) We shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Contract.Β 

b) Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with the Contract shall be limited to the total price of the Goods paid by you.Β 

9.3. If you are a Consumer:Β 

a) We are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.Β 

b) We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, or governmental action.

11. General

11.1. Assignment. We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.

11.2. Severance. Each of the paragraphs of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

11.3. Waiver. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this Contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.

11.4. Third Party Rights. This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

11.5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
