Note: If you choose to pay via PayPal, your PayPal account balance will automatically be used before your backup payment method is charged.
2. Unaccepted Payment Methods
We do not accept the following forms of payment:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
3. Currency and Payment Processing
- Currency: All transactions on our website are processed strictly in British Pounds (GBP).
- Timing of Charges: Your selected payment method will be charged immediately at the time of checkout once your order is confirmed.
4. Fees and Taxes
We believe in 100% pricing transparency. When you shop with Multiple Networks, there are no hidden costs.
- Zero Transaction Fees: We do not charge any additional processing fees or surcharges for using any of our accepted payment methods.
- Taxes (VAT): All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT.
Note: The prices displayed excluding VAT (Ex. VAT) on our website are for B2B customers only.
5. Returns and Refund Fees
If you need to return an item, we process refunds back to the original payment method used during checkout.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
- Return Shipping: If an item is returned due to a "change of mind," the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee. If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. (Please refer to our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details).
