Carriers: We utilise Royal Mail and Yodel to ensure reliable service across the United Kingdom.

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

International Orders: If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact our support team at operations@multiplenetworks.co.uk for a custom quote and feasibility check.

3. Order Processing & Timelines

Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday.

Handling Time

  • Product under 50 KG: 0–1 Business Day.Β Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day will be processed the next business day

  • Heavy/Bulky product above 50 KG: Please allow 1–2 extra business days for the processing of heavy or oversized items due to special handling requirements.

Transit Time

  • 1–2 Business Days. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1 to 2 days depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your products and yourΒ location.

    • We offer Free Delivery on all orders worth Β£1,500 GBP or more.

    • For orders under Β£1,500, the delivery cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

    5. Delivery Conditions & Restrictions

    Please be aware of the following conditions regarding the delivery of your products:

    • Products will be delivered to your location (e.g., your doorstep or the main entrance of a building). delivery personΒ will not unpack items, remove packaging materials, or move items up stairs, into elevators, or to specific rooms within your property. Please ensure you have the necessary assistance available to move heavy items inside your premises.

    6. Inspection Instructions

    We strongly advise all customers to inspect their delivery immediately upon arrival.

    1. Check External Packaging: Before signing for the delivery, inspect the box for visible damage (tears, crushed corners, etc.).

    2. Damages/Refusal: If the packaging appears damaged, you have the right to refuse delivery.

    3. Reporting: If you discover concealed damage after unpacking, please contact operations@multiplenetworks.co.uk immediately (within 24 hours) with photos of the damage and the packaging.

    While we strive to meet the 1-2 day transit time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. These include:

    • High volume of orders during peak seasons (e.g., Holidays/Black Friday).

    • Adverse weather conditions.

    • Carrier-specific operational issues (Royal Mail/Yodel strikes or delays).

    • Issues verifying shipping addresses.
