Note
In the UK, OFCOM " have introduced a new ‘Spectrum Access: EHF’ licence to enable simple, flexible access to over 32 GHz of radio spectrum across four bands", including 57-71GHz.
Any equipment operating with an EIRP of 40-55dBm will require the owner or operator to have a EHF Licence. The use of this higher power equipment is also restricted to fixed outdoor use only.
The fee for the licence is currently £75, renewable every five years and covers unlimited devices and locations.
