RETURN POLICY
You can claim a complete refund when you purchase a product directly from Multiple Networks LTD. However, there are a few conditions. The product should be fresh and in the original box or packaging. Before making a claim, you must obtain a Return Material Authorisation number. This unique number acts as your permission to return the item. It's important to note that one must pay for both returns in advance. This payment includes the shipping cost and any potential damage during the return shipping. Please be aware that shipping and storage fees are non-refundable. You will not receive a refund for these costs. If your original order exceeded £100,000, there might be a limit on the amount you can return. To confirm the return allowance for such cases, please contact our team.
If your product meets our return policy criteria and you claim the item for return within 30 days of the invoice date, we will not charge a restocking fee. We will charge a restocking fee for items returned after the 30-day limit. A restocking fee may be charged for items not meeting return policy criteria (damaged, missing accessories, etc.). Upon reviewing your return request, the Multiple Networks Team will decide the exact charges. A restocking fee might apply if the returned item is not in resell or in the same condition you received it. Our team can sometimes offer a partial credit instead of a full refund.

Products marked non-returnable at the time of delivery will remain non-returnable, and these above principles will not apply to them. After reviewing the returned product, our team might inform you if a restocking fee applies based on the item's condition. After 60 days of purchase, there will be "NO" refund for anything.
